Primary 3 Sumdog Update

29th May 2020

Good morning children.  Hope you are all enjoying this lovely sunny weather.Sunny clipart emoji, Picture #3182049 sunny clipart emoji

Another great effort on Sumdog over the last few days.

This week I set a times tables challenge.   Twenty six children started the activity with only 5 still having to finish.  You are all obviously rising to the home-learning challenge!!

The results were excellent children, so you must all be working really hard at home!!  I am just going to list the top few scores as the results were so close.

Ethan Breen – 271

Anna Toal – 200

Niamh Mccusker – 136

Eoin Breen – 104

Again this week I also looked at the time spent on Sumdog – both in completing the challenge and brushing up on your own personal skills - and the following children have managed to spend over an hour on Sumdog throughout the week:

Ethan Breen – 101m

Halle Fegan – 74m

Anna Toal – 71m

Leo McKenna – 71m

Chloe Curry – 66m

Eoin Breen – 64m

Thomas McCusker – 61m

for Facebook Timeline, Chat, Email, SMS Text Messages & Blogs ...    Well done children.

Apart from the challenge, these were the top scores with most correct answers over the week:

Leo mcKenna - 223

Eoin Breen - 211

Ethan Breen - 198

Halle Fegan - 149

Lily-Kate Cox - 123

Emma Woods - 106

Darragh McGeary - 102

This was a super effort Primary 3, as I know you are working on other on-line games in Numeracy as well.

I am so proud of you all for the effort you are making. Enjoy a well-deserved rest over the weekend and enjoy the lovely weather that is forecast.

As ever take care and keep safe.
